• The Collection Kit: Once you place an order, I will mail you a secure, sterile Collection Kit with clear instructions and a protective container to safely send the elements to my studio.
• Returning the Surplus: Every single grain of your loved one's ashes is treated with the utmost reverence. Any remaining ash will be carefully gathered, repackaged, and securely shipped back to you alongside your finished memorial artwork.

The Sacred Shipping Protocol
Thank you for entrusting My Angel Memorials with your most precious memories. To guarantee the absolute security, chain of custody, and reverent transit of your elements to our studio, please observe the following collection and preparation standards.
Preparation Essentials
Prior to packaging, please prepare:
A secure, high-quality sealable archival bag (Ziploc)
A permanent archival marker
A rigid, protective cardboard shipping box or premium padded mailerStep-by-Step Transit Instructions
Document the Archive: Using a permanent marker, clearly inscribe the sealable bag with:
Your Full Name
Your Email Address
Contents of the bag
Secure the Elements: Place your sentimental material inside the inscribed archival bag and seal it completely.
For Sacred Ashes: To ensure absolute protection during transit, place the sealed, labeled bag inside a second secure archival bag (double-bagging).
Encapsulate & Address: Place your double-sealed archive into your rigid shipping box or padded mailer. Address the package exactly as indicated on your studio invoice.
Federal Postal Requirements & Tracking:
For Sacred Ashes: In strict accordance with United States Postal Service federal legal guidelines, cremains must be shipped exclusively via USPS Priority Mail Express.
Signature & Security: For absolute peace of mind, we require selecting a tracking and "Signature Required" service so we may monitor your loved one’s secure journey to our studio.
Studio Notification: Please send a brief confirmation email to the studio immediately upon shipment so our team can personally await and intercept its arrival.

The Creation Timeline & Sanctuary Protocol
Because each heirloom is meticulously conceptualized and handcrafted with absolute reverence, the creation of your artwork is a mindful, unhurried journey.
Once your sentimental elements are securely received at the atelier, their transformation follows a dedicated timeline based on your chosen mediums:

The Glass Talismans: Lampworking is a high-intensity, precise art form executed at the flame. Your bespoke, hand-spun glass legacy pieces are typically perfected and prepared for their return journey within 3 to 14 days.

The Ceramic Sanctuaries: Hand-built clay requires profound patience, devotion, and time. Each vessel is meticulously shaped by hand, allowed to cure slowly over several weeks to ensure structural integrity, and guided through two intense, high-heat kiln firings. This sacred process spans 3 to 4 weeks.

Curated Legacy Collections: If your commission unites both glass and ceramic mediums, your entire collection will be meticulously wrapped and shipped together upon completion of the final ceramic firing (approximately 1-2months).

Bespoke Tribute Anthems: The digital narrative composition begins immediately. Upon receiving your shared memories, private poetry, or reflections, your custom-composed, broadcast-quality tribute song is typically finalized within 3 days-2weeks.

Cinematic Video Tributes: If you choose to complement your audio archive with a cinematic slideshow, the editing and visual orchestration are completed within 3 to 5 days of receiving your family photographs. You will receive an immediate digital link for private viewing, and your physical heirloom QR card will be dispatched according to your physical collection preference.

To maintain an uncompromising standard of respect and energetic focus, Mici operates under a strict Single-Family Studio Protocol.

The atelier is dedicated to only one family's commission at any given time. Your loved one’s elements are never left unattended, and they are treated with the highest degree of sanctity throughout their stay. You will receive a personal notification the exact moment your archive safely crosses our threshold, as well as the day their completed masterpiece begins its journey back to your home.

Our pets are family members, and the bond we share with them is unconditional. The loss of a cherished companion is a profound heartbreak, and it is my absolute honor to help you hold onto their enduring light.

Due to the deeply intimate, custom, and sacred nature of bespoke memorial art, each piece is individually handcrafted exclusively for your legacy. Once masterwork on your commission has formally commenced, we are unable to accommodate structural alterations, returns, or cancellations.

Your investment reflects not only the rare physical mediums of glass, raw clay, and sterling silver, but the dedicated studio time, decades of artistic mastery, and uncompromising reverence required to handle your sentimental elements.

Amending Your Intention:

• Prior to Production: Should you need to cancel your commission before studio creation begins, please contact us immediately. We will formally release your placement from the studio queue and issue a full reversal of your investment.
• The Secure Return of Elements: If your sentimental archive has already arrived at the atelier prior to cancellation, it will be meticulously repackaged with the utmost care and returned home to you. We simply request that you cover the secure, trackable priority shipping fees to ensure their absolute safety in transit.
