Welcome to my studio. Because each creation is an intimate collaboration between the artist and the client, I maintain the following guidelines to ensure a beautiful, transparent, and respectful experience for everyone.
1. Creation Timelines & Payment Protocol
- The Production Queue: As our items are entirely handmade and personalized, creation on your piece will not begin until full payment has been processed and your sacred elements have safely arrived at our studio.
- A Note on Patience: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your bespoke piece to be meticulously crafted. This is sacred, intricate work that cannot be rushed by machines. We appreciate your patience as we devote our full focus to honoring your tribute.
- Communication: We strive to complete most orders within 3 days to 2 weeks after receiving your elements, depending on the complexity of the design. If any creative or clarifying questions arise during production, we will contact you immediately.
2. Personalized & Memorial Art Policy
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of our memorial art, each piece is individually handcrafted to honor your specific story.
- Cancellations & Refunds: We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once creation on your custom piece has begun.
- Transit Damage: In the rare event that your personalized piece arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will request that you safely ship the piece back to our studio so that the artist can personally remake it for you.
3. Non-Personalized Items (Empty Vials, Lockets, etc.)
- Standard Returns: Unused, non-personalized items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be shipped back at your expense and arrive at our studio in pristine, resalable condition.
- Transit Damage: If a non-personalized item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide a photograph of the damage. Once the item is safely returned to us, we will evaluate the condition to determine a partial or full refund.
4. The Creative Environment & Sacred Space
Artistic inspiration requires a peaceful, respectful environment to thrive. Because crafting these memorial adornments is an intimate, high-vibrational process, we reserve the right to discontinue any project and issue a full refund at any time if the collaboration is not flowing at a loving, peaceful, and efficient pace. We believe in mutual respect between the patron and the artist.
