Terms and Conditions

For personalized pieces:

Once you receive your package in the mail, you have 3 days to notify us if there was damage. We will ask that you ship it back to us. We then remake the piece. Unfortunately, there are no refunds given once we start making your item, since each piece is custom made just for you.

Not personalized (such as empty vials and lockets):

You may return the item for a full refund once the item is shipped back and in good condition. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless the piece arrives to you damaged due to shipping. In this case you have 3 days to let us know and send a picture of the damage. Once the item is returned to us, we will decide if there is a partial or full refund entitled to you.

As our items are hand made and personalized for you, we don't start them until we receive payment as well as your sentimental items to add to your piece, if you are sending one.

We strive to complete all orders 3 days to 2 weeks after receiving your sentimental item depending on the complexity or availability of your piece. We will contact you with any follow-up questions, if needed. 

Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your special piece to be made. Have patiences! Everything is hand-made by our artist. It is sacred work to make such an intimate adornment.

As each piece is a collaboration between the artist and the customer, it is delicate and intricate to portray the honor the customer wishes to give to their tribute. So, we must be able to work together to create the best environment for that inspiration. We reserve the right to refund and discontinue any project at any time if the project is not flowing at a loving, peaceful, and/or efficient pace.
